Account and data deletion
If you can sign in, open the Squad Goals app and use Profile, Delete account. That starts the authenticated deletion flow immediately.
If you cannot access your account, contact support from this page or send an email from the address on your Squad Goals account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
Deletion removes
Account profile and sign-in record
Workouts, workout shares, reactions, memberships, and goals
Invitations, notifications, and profile photos
Authored message content and images, shown as deleted-user history
